Let's try to beat our previous ranks by next week, shall we?
That's how we will eventually increase the overall engagement as well. By breaking our own, personal records.

I am game. I still like the target of 10K comments total made from Leofinance per week.

10K comments sounds tempting and also do-able. I will definitely make sure to break my own record this week!

10,000 comments is 100 people making 100 comments a week. That is a little over 10 per day.
To me, it doesnt sound like such a huge milestone. 100 comments is minimal. They do not have to be major works like Gone With the Wind. But come on. A bit of engagement is necessary.
Hell serious content creators should be able to do that through their own posts alone.

That is very true. By engaging with their audience they'll attract more audience, hence getting more comments to reply to in the future.

Think about it this way. What if we had 50,000 comments a week on Leofinance? How much activity would there be and how many newer people would jump right in?
That is the point that I feel we have to go to. Have enough going up each day where others can jump in.

I'll do my part and make my ~100 comments. You'll make the rest. ;)
Seriously though, I totally agree with you. It's sad to see that there are so many content creators out there who totally seems to ignore engagement.
Who knows, hopefully they'll change their minds eventually as more people starts being active.

Not likely. Actually it is across social media. YouTube gets a ton of comments but look at the amount as a percentage of the views (which I know are skewed). Either way, the percentage on their isnt great either. 500 comments is impressive but on a video that was viewed 10 million times, not really.
