LOL. 2K comments in a week, you are insane. Are you aware of the fact that I work with psychiatry? Let me know if you need some help.. :P
Ironically, the more we produce collectively, the more we can do individually.
That is very true. Just look at all these comments we've done back-and-forth so far. That's probably ~30 or something. (Nope, I didn't count them). Each and every comment and reply can lead to another one.

That was never clinically proven; just a vicious rumor spreading around.
It does get easier when there are a few "conversations" going. Now imagine if we have a couple more people involved in these. How much we could increase the engagement with just the 4 of us?
30 can quickly become 120 with just a few back and forths.

I think I've made roughly 100 comments or so just going back-and-forth with you over a handful of posts so far. One more user I can go back-and-forth with would improve my chances to put in another 100 comments, so I can totally see your point.
People need to leave Discord and put in some time here instead. After all, this is where we need to be active, as that is attractive in the eyes of the outsiders. They won't look at our Discord channels.

The concept of commenting on the comments received really take it to another level. It is one thing to answer every comment on a blog post but it kicks up a notch when one focuses upon answering every comment made on a comment.
That is also how these strings get going.

I can totally see your point and after having these discussions with you going back-and-forth, I start to see why you are able to pull off those insane numbers you make..
It's an awesome approach that makes things a bit easier, in terms of making comments, but it's incredibly time consuming going back-and-forth and finding all the comments & replies as well. lol

It also grows a great deal when 3 or 4 people are involved. The feeding off each other really takes place. This is the advantage to having it.
Of course, it is a challenge when people do not answer the comments. They are doing well at leaving the first one then nothing.
Hmm perhaps it is time to put together an article about that.

According to last weeks report, there was 4.8k unique accounts that posted from the LeoFinance interface. 4.8K! 4800 unique individuals made a post, but we're still having this much problems with engagement.
Make a post about it. I don't have a big enough audience for it to have a real impact and a post about engagement coming from the comment-king is definitely more appropriate.

I think you are looking at the number of unique accounts ever. That is not weekly. I think the monthly is about 800.
But you are right. There is plenty of room in the comment section.
It is sad that with 500 people, we cant get 10K comments on a regular basis. That is an average of 200 per person, which is high until you realize some totally eclipse that.
Besides it is not as if there isnt the material on the site. We have hundreds of posts per day.
