Why OPTIMIZATION Matters
I have published The Keywords That Brings Most Organic Traffic To LeoFinance.io reports for 35 weeks and lately we've started to see a lot of people talking about organic traffic, optimized content, Twitter presence and we have certainly seen a shift in momentum regarding this. I talked about it here: BOOST Traffic And SEO Rankings With Twitter Presence and @finguru talked about things in his: Tweet For SEO, Tweet For $POSH - LFG! post. Also note that we published our posts separated by roughly 15 minutes, without discussing this prior to our publications. None of us knew what the other one where up to, or what we would discuss or publish next. It was a pure coincidence, which naturally stands for how important topic it is- and has become.
As I am a firm-believer in organic traffic and search engine optimization, I wanted to expand on this topic even further by sharing details about the content that brings in the most organic traffic to LeoFinance, which is the reason for this post. Below you will find details about the top pages by traffic. All stats are straight from Ubersuggest.
- SEO Title & URL:
The title shows up in a Google search for any given URL.
- Estimated Monthly Visits:
The estimated traffic this web page gets from Google for this particular term.
- Backlinks:
How many incoming hyperlinks from other websites to this domain.
The list goes on and on, and even though there's still a lot of posts that is bringing in organic traffic, I just didn't have the energy to include all of them. Also, sorry for the mass-tagging, but it makes things a lot easier if/when someone wants to follow the links.

There you have it though, the Top Pages by traffic. As you can see, we have hundreds of articles out there that is bringing in organic traffic from search engines each month. With more optimized content we will reach new heights, increase Ad Revenue and ultimately, bring in the masses.

You're sharing great content though, so with some minor changes, (aka optimization), I'm sure your content will bring in organic traffic.

I think Google blocks crypto related websites with .io I've noticed on my PC the site comes up as malicious with my virus protection.
No doubt if newbs get that warning they won't click through as they won't understand. Perhaps we need a way to increase the websites security to increase ratings.

I havent had that yet although I dont stray too much from what I use on here. Leofinance.io shows up on Brave as a locked site. Of course, I dont use chrome much and never Edge so I have no idea what they do.
But it wouldnt surprise me. Google has been no friend to crypto.

I had my ads account blocked and I was kicked off. I still haven't got a clear answer as to why. But as it was for a legitimate business I am starting and a registered company I am thinking I have a legal route to challenge them. I just haven't gone anywhere with it yet. Skippy hasn't been the most successful project to date. I'll get there lol

That is very true. As the Ad Revenue will go directly to token holders, it is critical to understand how to drive traffic. Everyone should eagerly be interested in driving a shit ton of traffic.

While some of us can clearly see the huge potential and the amazing incentive we have with the Ad Revenue, I honestly don't believe that others care deeply enough. I don't think that people can see the potential the same as we, so I don't think it will encourage people enough to focus on creating optimized content.

That is a heavy focus on projects that are not related to HIVE and even the ones that are related to HIVE are about games like @splinterlands What we need to bring more traffic is very clear right now. I will keep these things in mind.

Yeah, it's amazing to see the results of outward facing content. We still need inward facing content as well, to keep existing users, but there should definitely be more focus on outward facing content, as that is how we will be able to bring in people from the outside.

Well the average person isnt searching for Hive related content. With this, it is up to us to position Leofinance where people are going. If they search for Leofinance, we rank well. We are nowhere to be seen with Bitcoin.

You're very welcome. While this list obviously tells us which pages that are performing the best in terms of organic traffic, it can- and should also be used as a source of information for whenever you need/want to link back to other people's content.
I mean, whenever you're writing about Polygon (MATIC) vs Polkadot (DOT), or anything in those lines. Include a link to the article that already ranks high and brings in the most organic traffic so far. That will strengthen the position even more, which is likely to boost the traffic further as well.

There will always be ups and downs in crypto, but what I do know is that we will see more traffic to LeoFinance over time, which will result in more Ad Revenue that will spread amongst the LEO token holders.

Is there a curation trail for articles that bring in organic traffic? I would be interested in joining or delegating.
Not sure, I think it would be extremely difficult to set something like that up, as organic traffic is something that comes over time, due to content being ranked on search engines. There might be some sort of curation trail- or someone might come up with that idea in the future(?), that is focused entirely on curating outward facing content though, which is content that is basically being produced with the intention of bringing in traffic to LeoFinance over time.

It would certainly encourage people to do more to bring in traffic and learn what they can do to get better.
Currently @vimm pays out their curation rewards to delegators, we could always divert that to pay liquid rewards as evergreen content to people that wrote a post that still gets traffic even if outside the 7 days?
Edit obviously not talking about diverting vimms payments, just meant if we set up a program we could divert rewards to liquid payments.
That's a pretty cool idea. I think @khaleelkazi could be interested in hearing more about this, to get some more ideas in general around organic traffic and the importance of optimized, outward facing content.
Especially as he should be aware of how engagement tends to increase when there's rewards on the line. With some sort of "system in place" to reward authors who've been producing content that brings in traffic, we would see a lot more outward facing content being made. Definitely worth thinking about, even though he might have other things to put his time into at the moment.
