Our actions always have a reason, I don't think crying is something silly, it's a response to something that makes us uncomfortable or makes us feel bad, no matter how small it is, don't feel it's not important.

Hehe. I will be saying my own good morning after yours. So I am not sure you missed out. A morning here is surely a night time elsewhere. So i consider the good morning to be a general way of greeting regardless the time zones.
