You have clearly made some important points to support why people can choose either of them and just like you have said, working remotely has more challenges in the actual scene but it works well for those who love their own space. For me, I will always prefer working remotely, because I love learning new things possibly everyday and working full-time will make that somehow impossible.
When working full-time, you only tend to learn how to improve on your aspect of specialization, then only few times you learn something outside your field and that's one reason why I don't like full-time jobs. Working full-time also controls my time and I'm someone that always likes taking the things of God first, so what can I do when my work clashes with the time to meet with others for fellowship, I guess I will miss attending then. This is another reason why I will choose working remotely over working full-time.
Working remotely trains my mind to be at alert all the time, it gives me a sense of responsibility for myself and others, a urge to want to be better, the confidence to be true to who I am and avoid pretence and all that. I would also prefer working remotely because I know it's not easy but it will surely make me stronger.

See ehn, full time jobs is just like clustering your hands only in one thing and not having them spread out. One may become good at specialisation but yet na risk when one you are specialized at is not more of need.

Exactly!! That's just it, the thing is being specialized in some thing means you can easily be replaced because there are others who are still specialized in that area too and might even be better than you 😂😂.
