Just got a new haircut.
It costed about $1.3 for a proper haircut and for you it might be cheap but for people living here it's still way too much.
How much it cost for an haircut in your place?
Curios to know where it's cheap or expensive...

Around $10 minimum here in Ontario Canada
It is still good, I pay 40 CAD in here =(
I think you need to shop around, not sure what the deal with that is !BBH

That's much better price compared to others in this thread..
10 bucks??? dang, tell me where you go. anytime i'm in Toronto it's like 30 bucks to start lol
In Tennessee I pay $35 which is just shy of midline price. I feel it is expensive, but most do not.
Finally someone who think it's expensive...
$35 is a lot.. but we've people here on threads paying $40-$30 minimum for it.
Yes, I know a few people who pay much more.
Unfortunately, it is what it is.
The crazy thing is that these prices have gone up due to inflation, but once inflation is controlled, the price will not go back down.😀

In Cheyenne, WY you ain't getting a haircut for anything less than $15. More like $20 or $30.
Nice..
Cheapest is $20 here. About $25 to $30 in most places.
Nice, Your cheapest is too expensive for me. Haha!
It's too expensive for me too! 😅
Costs me nothing! Mrs T is a qualified haridresser and never lost her touch. But yeah $1.30 is mindblowingly cheap.
lol that’s sweet
hehe we used to own a salon, so I can actually cut and colour women's hair too!
You're so lucky.
Though any idea what's the cheapest/average haircut price there?
Man it used to be $0.7 couple of months ago here..
Cheapest maybe a tenner but more likely £15
This still more than My yearly budget for hair. 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡
its $2 in mine
Wait for some months, our country will surpass that price!!!
What you boys say? show us photo or this is not true lol.
Hahaha, trust us. 🤣
What is hair?
Oh no
Here $25.00 Canadian Dollars for a hair cut is cheap seen as high as $40.00 way to much
Oh nice, we've two Canadian comments on this same topic..
His starts from $10 minimum... You have a bit higher prices. I guess different states have different price?
Used to be $10.00 here when we had barber shops now almost all of them have closed and you have to get a haircut at hairdresser's that is why they cost more
Why closed tho?
Are they replaced by the hairdressers or barbers upgraded their shop to hairdresser?
most barbers have retired or died off, mine died a few years ago and now they go to work at hairdressers.

this comparison can only be done with a ratio between how much $1.3 represents in the local average salary. It is an unfair comparison transforming to USD. I just posted about real estate in Brazil, and if you just convert to USD people will think that it is cheap. xD
Yea, agree with you
Comparison make sense based on the same salary..
We've way too low wages here and that's one reason behind haircut prices.
We can never have an equal salary In the whole world I guess, comparison will be never equal.
About $23, including tip.
Is tip a choice or necessary.?
Nowadays it's becoming an option to tip in some places.
It depends how the worker is paid. Waiters, for example, get paid a wage below minimum wage, relying on tips.
Hairdressers and barbers rent their chair. They have to pay part of their earnings to the shop, except the tip. It’s not required.
The less would be $10, and it would be a really simple cut.
Still better.
$25 AUD is the bargain basement, cheap you'll get at a barber/hairdresser here.
Everything just keeps going up and up and up.
I've never paid for a haircut in my life but I used to see a sign that said "men's haircuts $8" for many many years, until recently and now it's for $15
