It was like the new kid in the block which got people interested and excited. Short-form or microblogging any time of the day and many times over without the worry of being policed. It was a breath of fresh air especially for me.

There was a time when threads testing just started, I literally couldn't do anything outside threads... A breath of fresh air indeed.
