He brought home his girlfriend last summer, and she has been living here with us since then. Now, we are a conservative Catholic household that frowns upon such arrangements. So, I echoed our mother's sentiment about it, and voiced out my displeasure and told him to marry the girl.
Oh... Young people nowadays are more kind of liberated and they seem to be moving away from tradition, would even bat an eye about conservatism. Hope they will think about your suggestion :)
