I didn't see any country restriction. It does not require any KYC or connecting a wallet even.
then how can we deposit or withdraw fiat? they have a p2p I hope but userbase also needed in my country
The service doesn't enable one to withdraw fiat. It only facilitate transfer (swap) of crypto from one wallet to another.
It is an aggregator of non-custodial exchanges that use the Monero blockchain to anonymize transactions. It removes the linkage from the sending wallet to the receiver.
