Have you tried mate, guaraná, maca or even rosemary? They're all stimulating plants that don't have the acidifying effect of coffee.

Normally I drink green tea and keep on just one coffee at work after lunch for the extra kick
I have also Tetley Super Tea Boost with a mix of herbs for fatigue and tiredness..guess I have to drink that more lol
