Hello Hive,

There are so many and uncountable careers to pick from in any course of study. Picking your course of study in the university has ever been an intentional choice and an integral part of every students in their courses and years of study. It determines what someone wants to become in life after the years of study and in the future. Most times, it determines whom someone becomes in life totally.

Like myself, I studied Human Resources Management in the university, I had my Bsc in Human Resources Management some many years ago. It's obvious, if i had wanted to continue on my career path, i would have intentionally positioned myself for furthering my education more by getting my master's degree certificate. I would keep adding to my wings lots of honours, by going through the Human Resources management Strategic courses to improve myself.

Not living behind any stone unturned, quality online courses from both home and abroad.
I would have gone through my personnel management courses, here in Nigeria, we have one at Badagari in Lagos state and another one at Jos plateau State all in Nigeria, these are where top ranking personnels managers are specifically trained, to train others to improve their capacity at that time, they're very good to go. It's all about human capital development, development of human skills, managing workers to become skilled in their chosen endeavors to be able to suit well in their placement at work place.

The Human Resources Management career is all about enhancement of human skills, taking care of industrial practices, policies of the organization or the effectiveness of both the employees and the organization for organizational goals and the human capital development. It's that aspect of the management of people at work. As a personnel manager my job is to improve my knowledge on my chosen career to be more better, more effective than my colleagues at the work place. As we all know that sustainability is key in all we do in life. To be on the top notch position / list of the management and the organization. I need to always improve myself being responsible, resilient, consistent, punctual at work, competent working towards excellence to becoming a better professional in my career path. I will personally go for and acquire a specific and specialized skills to keep myself on top above others in the same field.

In the workplace, employees are managed and channelled towards the goals and the achievement of their company. Workplace is a complex and competitive arena, to achieve the best results for the organization, that company must employ a personnel manager to oversee every worker's efforts and abilities at work to know if the employees are doing the exact job they were employed to do.

A human resources manager employs job seekers who are eligible, and efficiently qualified to do the job in every department of the company he or she represents. The HR as they are fundly called pays salaries and develops the workers skills and talents to suit the available positions in an organization.

They're also qualified to sack any of the employees that are performing below the expected and believed capacity at their job placements, they also see to job descriptions, companies goals achievements. They're responsible for the companies organogram. knowing what and how all yovements take The over all performances of both the individual employees and to the companies performances.

This is my own response for Day 7 prompt.

I therefore invite many other hive members to come over here join us and drop their own concept about the topic,

"What topics would you study in your ideal career path."
