The pressure on crypto being regulated keeps increasing every day and with the new lawsuit, it's apparent that we are going to see more attacks on the way.
What I see about the situation is that crypto is getting to the point where after this, no one will be more powerful enough than the SEC to confront crypto like they are currently doing.
Most crypto users, especially those in the united states won't be having it easy compared to other jurisdictions with crypto moving forward. We all know a reason for this.
If you don’t or you've been living under a rock then you’ll know the USA is currently the most powerful country in the world and they like to regulate and restore as they see fit. Same with every other government in every nation state. That title seems to have been failing them lately and crypto is one of those things making U.s government plus every other centralized entity all round the world lose power.
With the lawsuits and all it's evident that the revolution is getting real and bumpy. What won't happen at the end of this attack against crypto users is that “crypto” won't be going anywhere.
What would happen would be the era of crypto users thriving like we’ve never imagined and this time it won't only be about where you live.
Those who stay in the States right now and are crypto enthusiasts would be having second thoughts about their future with using crypto. I bet most are considering moving somewhere crypto-friendly.
The most powerful nation in the next phase I believe would be one that's the most friendly with crypto users. The internet has made it possible to live and thrive in any location we chose and still connect with friends and families all around the world.
Nothing seems to be lost for anyone considering a move to greener pastures. It is the choice I would make. But it's different for everyone and also not everyone can move as they like.
