When you put a photo in a thread, why does it count as characters in the post? Just put a photo and if it also has a very long name, it consumes more than 60% of the post itself.

Image has to be in text with reference point like a url. Maybe an image link shortener. But sometimes the image is in a markup form. Seen this brought up before. Currently not easily possible. Yes improvable me thinks. hmm.. #feedback
Maybe a link short could do the job. But why is not possible? Because the space of the post itself on the blockchain or something? Maybe just code that if start with http and ends with a extension of an imagine, don't count the charaters, dunno

datais on the blockchain. Would need checks for example. Best to keep simple. Especially when this needs to happen quick to be posted and readable in < 3 seconds.Yeah, makes sense 😀
