My friend PVM has been asking me the same question for more than several months: "When do you start zkSync?" I never answer him, because sometimes I'm too saturated with work and I don't manage to start at once to do everything required for airdrop.
Another main reason, is that I didn't have ETH in my wallet on the mainnet. I don't usually do many transactions with Metamask after a hacker stole over $400 from it a while back. Because of that everlasting fear, I have slowly stopped using it and it has brought me to this point.
A few days ago I finally claimed my prize for a BCH meme contest. It took me a very long time as whoever sponsored it, put the winners through hell before claiming 1 BCH reward. Instead of sending the prize directly to the winners, she requested that we make a CRC20 token and make her Mint, then send her 15% of those tokens and she would create the LP. Total insanity. She was so bad at what she did, she barely replied to users, and the whole thing was a disaster. We spent weeks trying to get the reward since no one had any idea what to do in the beginning, but I finally succeeded.

I then used some of that capital, 0.16 BCH to convert it to ETH and have it on the mainnet. This way I could start my zkSync journey, hoping it wasn't too late.
"ZKSync is a decentralized zero-state accounting (ZKST) protocol based on the Ethereum blockchain. It is a software layer that runs on top of Ethereum and allows users to make fast, private transactions over the network."
For a long time now I've been hearing all over the internet that there is a possibility for zkSync to do an airdrop, and since airdrops are in vogue because of the resounding success that $ARB's was, now nobody wants to be left out, including me, which, although I'm entering late it has always been said that it's better late than never, right?
The first thing was to connect my wallet to Orbiter and transfer a portion of my ETH to zkSync Era. It was kind of like instant, super fast.
Then I went straight to syncswap to move some ETH to USDC and WETH, I was surprised that the fee was not charged in full, at the end of the transfer they refund you a part of it.
Then I landed on element. A marketplace for NFTs that I found quite attractive and after exploring a bit the NFTs that were there, I bought some for my portfolio and thus secured a few more transactions. Maybe I will list them for a higher price later or leave them there, and keep buying from time to time more NFTs of various types, to see what happens in the future, one never knows if their value will increase considerably.
I will continue to do this a few days a week, looking for a few other places to interact with the protocol, the more interactions, the more likely to be chosen for a supposed airdrop.
The point is, I don't want to be left out, not on this occasion.

zkSync, es demasiado tarde?

Otra de las principales razones, es que no tenía ETH en mi wallet en la mainnet. No suelo hacer muchas transacciones con Metamask después que un hacker me robo más de $400 de ella hace un tiempo atrás. Debido a ese miedo eterno, poco a poco he dejado de usarla y me ha llevado a este punto.
Hace unos días reclame finalmente mi premio por un concurso sobre un meme de BCH. Me tomo muchísimo tiempo ya que quien lo patrocino, hizo pasar a los ganadores por un infierno antes de reclamar 1 BCH de recompensa. En vez de enviar directamente el premio a los ganadores, solicito que hiciéramos un token CRC20 y hacerle Mint, para después enviarle el 15% de esos tokens y ella crearía el LP. Una locura total. Era tan mala en lo que hacía, que apenas contestaba a los usuarios, y todo fue un desastre. Pasamos semanas tratando de obtener la recompensa ya que nadie tenía idea de que hacer en un inicio, pero finalmente lo logre.

Entonces use un poco de ese capital, 0.16 BCH para pasarlos a ETH y tenerlos en la mainnet. De esta forma podía comenzar mi viaje por zkSync, esperando que no fuera demasiado tarde.

Desde hace mucho tiempo estoy escuchando en todo internet que existe la posibilidad de que zkSync haga un airdrop, y como está de moda los airdrops por el éxito rotundo que tuvo el de $ARB, ahora nadie quiere quedarse fuera, incluido yo, que, aunque entro tarde siempre se ha dicho que es mejor tarde que nunca, ¿verdad?
Lo primero fue conectar mi wallet a Orbiter y transferir una parte de mis ETH a zkSync Era. Fue algo como que instantáneo, súper rápido.
Después fui directo a syncswap para pasar algunos ETH a USDC y WETH, me sorprendió que el fee no lo cobraran completo, al final de la transferencia te devuelven una parte del mismo.
Entonces aterricé en element. Un mercado de NFTs que me pareció bastante atractivo y después de explorar un poco los NFTs que estaban allí, compre algunos para mi portafolio y así aseguraba algunas transacciones más. Quizás los liste por un precio superior más tarde o los deje allí, y siga comprando de vez en cuando más NFTs de diversos tipos, para ver qué pasa en un futuro, uno nunca sabe si su valor aumentará considerablemente.
Seguiré haciendo esto algunos días a la semana, buscando algunos otros sitios donde interactuar con el protocolo, mientras más interacciones, más probabilidad de ser elegido para un supuesto airdrop. La cuestión es que no quiero quedarme fuera, no en esta ocasión.

Muchísimas gracias. Por no hacer el de ARB deje pasar la oportunidad de ganar bastante dinero. Mi mismo amigo PaulMihalache (PVM) gano mas de 2000 $ARB y como puedes ver su precio es mas de $1. Ahora, requiere tiempo y volumen de transferencia en el protocolo e interactuar la mayor cantidad de veces posibles con el. Lo malo, es que cada interacción requiere un fee, que en este caso de skSync es verdad que es más pequeño ($0.5), pero cada 2 interacciones pierdo $1 usd. Difícil perder ese dinero viviendo donde lo hacemos, esa es una realidad. Pero quizás valga la pena en un final, así que estoy decidido. Del presupuesto crypto que voy opteniendo, siempre dejo algun que otro remanente para estas cosas y lo doy como dinero muerto, como si no existiera.
Otro tema: Por ahora estoy pasando a Hive Power todo, no me interesa sacar mis HIVE. Pero después me gustaría una clase sobre como lo esta haciendo el resto de nuestra comunidad. Generalmente como uso Bingx, uso p2p. Pero hive no esta en Bingx, así que no tengo idea por ahora que hacer.
