The broadband speed is very slow and browsing or watching videos with such a speed is irritating and it waste a lot of time of mine. I don't get the point of why I need to complain about it again and again. After making a complaint speed became normal. I think this is the last time I am doing a subscription to the broadband if the same issues continue again. I need to find a new broadband service provider for me within the next month.
