I think most people come here to see some users who making a good amount of money and they also come here to gain some money. I think they overlook the dedication, effort, and time the user paid for it who receives the reward. They want to make money within a few days and they don't think about Hive in the long term and that thing is enough to demotivate new users. They think they deserve more from others and start to compare. That is the thing I was able to understand in the last 2 years. I believe that without long-term focus it's difficult to stay motivated for new users. In fact, I was able to come back strongly when I set a long-term focus in Hive and I think I have done the right thing.
I believe that this post is very necessary for everyone, especially newbies.
