now if someone would create simple app with only the function of being an on-ramp and off-ramp into HBD.
Start a registered business, that allows payments with credit cards/debit cards/PayPal with KYC.
And a completely separate one with a different business that does the same thing, but without KYC, that uses mixers, privacy coins etc.
