Today I will post about a new community and project I learned recently. From the post's title, you’ve probably already guessed that this is about a BBH community (@hive-112281). I only found out about it yesterday from an article. As I mentioned earlier, it’s advantageous to read articles by other authors.

To be honest, I’ve seen the BBH command a few times in the comments, but for some reason, I never looked into what this command and token were about. Of course, I do regret that a little now. But as they say, better late than never. And yes, I do have a few BBH tokens in my Hive Engine wallet.

But let's learn about that community and tokens a little bit more...

What is BBH Project

BBH means Bitcoin Backed Hive and it was founded by @bradleyarrow..

The community has two tokens (at least, that's what I understood), and each has its own function and benefits.

The first one is BBH, and the community's goal is "to have 1 BBH equal 1 Satoshi. With a combination of Bitcoin holdings and hive-112281 account growth." This is very ambitious, but that is the first thing that I liked about it.

Another one is BBHO (The native token of The BBH Project Tribe).

Curation Trail

Currently, there are 274 people on the curation trail (I am 274th one). The curation trail name is @bradleyarrow. I searched for the BBH or something like it first, but I failed. But then I figured out that it was the community founder. Just to make it clear :)

What do you get?
First of all, you get a plus to your karma for supporting the community :)

Also, if you follow any other curation trails, you should know that you get curation payouts per each post the trail upvoted.

BBH Power Up Day (BPUD)

BBH has a power-up day incentive program. It is on the 20th of every month.

What is power up?
Power up is staking the liquid tokens.

Drip and Tip

If you hold BBH tokens or stake BBHO tokens, you can receive daily benefits. The founder calls them drips, and I actually like this term.

Obviously, as more tokens you have so more benefits or drips you get.

Hold BBH

If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive.
If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the PIMP token, and CTP Tokens.
If you own 10,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, PIMP, CTP, and LEO tokens.

Stake BBHO

If you stake 20,000 or more BBHO tokens you get a drip of swap.btc, BRO, and DUO tokens
If you stake 5,000 or more BBHO tokens you got a drip of BRO and DUO tokens.
If you stake 2,000 or more BBHO tokens you get a drip of DUO tokens.

Share your love
You can also tip others with BBH tokens, and when you tip others, you don't lose your BBHs.

You need a minimum of 1,000 BBH to start tipping others.

Level 1 = 1000 BBH holdings = 1 tip per day you can send
Level 2 = 5000 BBH holdings = 5 tips per day you can send
Level 3 = 20000 BBH holdings = 20 tips per day you can send
Level 4 = 50000 BBH holdings = 50 tips per day you can send
Level 5 = 100,000 BBH holdings = 100 tips per day you can send

My goal

Currently, I have only 26 BBH tokens and 0 BBHO. So, my goal is 100,000 BBH and 20,000 BBHO.

The fastest way to get the required amount of BBH and BBHO is to buy them. Let's calculate how much HIVE I need to buy that amount of tokens.

I checked the average price on Hive Engine and here is what I got:

So, I need 155 HIVE to get the missing 9,974 BBH and 1,000 HIVE to get 20,000 BBHO. In total, I need 1,155 HIVE to reach my goal and to get the best benefits from that project.

And it is my new goal for this year!

My plan

I will start buying BBHO tokens first and try to not miss the first BPUD day this year which is on January 20th. So I will have a chance some extra tokens including BBH.

I plan to sell some of my in-game tokens and swap them into BBHO.

Also, as soon as I try to be more active on Hive this year, I will try to write more good posts and swap HIVEs as I get to BBHO.
