Since August 2021, I've been tallying up my HIVE Empire on the last day of the month for #HPUD. I have three accounts: @yintercept is my personal account. I created @vagabondspirit for a game and @irivers for the Community Color Project.
The Obligatory Rant Against the 20% Interest Rate
I was planning of turning both sites into HIVE projects.
Here is the problem I see: The witnesses use HIVE to back a $5 million loan at 20% interest. By voting for this absurd interest rate, the witnesses created a structure that will destroy any project that forms a dependency on HIVE.
Most of the coins on HE were destroyed in 2022. I had about $500 in HE coins in 2021. I was hoping to have $1,000 in HE coins at the end of the 2022. Despite sending 176 HIVE to HE last year, the value of my HE account fell to under $100.
If I had turned my sites into HIVE based sites, as I had planned, My sties would have been destroyed and I would have been financially ruined.
I wasted a great deal of time learning how to interface with HIVE. I am really upset that the the witnesses voted for 20% interest tells me that integrating sites with HIVE is suicide.
People don't understand my distaste for the high interest. As a developer, I look at things in the long term. In a 20 year period, HIVE would have to pay $186,688,000 interest on the $5,000,000 loan.
20% interest is unsustainable. It leads to ruin.
Anyway, I finally decided to give up HIVE projects.
For this last year, I've been using @vagabondspirit to curate art works on CreativeCoin. @irivers curates content on STEM Geeks .
I spent 176 HIVE buying CCC. HE stopped paying CCC rewards; so that money is gone. I have 2000 CCC earned awards that I cannot claim. I worry that Hive Engine might follow Steem-Engine. Steem Engine now just has a sign saying they are "replaying the chain" and everything is broken. I report the SE coins to remind me that total failure is possible.

Anyway, lets get back to the coin tally.
The first step for HPUD is to clean up my HIVE-Engine account. I sell the coins that I am not following. I then run The HIVE Pizza Stake My Token command. #PIZZA
I then copy the data from Hive-Engine into a spreadsheet. I add the values from last month for each coin and calculate the account growth. It is a time consuming process. Here is the data:

I have several NFTs and a HIVE Punk. I value these at $0.00.
Withdrawing My HBD
I decided to withdraw the HBD in the account. I used it to repay a loan I made to buy the HIVE punk in my profile. If all went correctly, I should end up with $181 in my checking account sometime soon.
The chart shows the monthly recap for the account. The account had a reported value of over $13,000 at the end of November 2021. It fell to $1,686 at the end of 2022.
NOTE: I had borrowed $480 to buy some HIVE a few years back. The chart below shows monthly account growth. See the data and SVG chart.

Hopefully the blue line will rise above the light grey line in 2023.

My HIVE and LEO Goals
My account reached dolphin level. I will keep enough HP to stay above that level. I will accumulate any excess as HBD and periodically withdraw it.
I hope to repay the last $299 on the loan I took out.
In 2022 I concentrated on growing the CCC and STEM for my curation accounts. This year I will focus on building LEO, WAIV and BEE as they appear to be the most stable coins.
