Pepe haz no white or green paper. Sum have asked in the past. By not having one there are no promises. There is no set way. In part mean that Pepe is open. Open to you to do what you want with it.
I actually like this, white papers try too hard (IMO) to impress investors, including a lot of promises and speculation and (often unrealistic) timetables. I prefer to see trends and interactions to make decisions in real time. Really, these "open frog" discussions and vision of the future of the token is like an on-going greenpaper as the token develops. People can do with that what they will.

Yes exactly. Kind of the lines of not telling someone what you do. So as to sway others in the direction of what you tell them.
