Without a doubt. Few realize the spiritual connection that can take place in activities of this nature. From the outside it looks like pain and brutality but it can be much deeper than that.
It's certainly deeper than what we see from the outside. I don't know about anyone else out there, but I feel it has a way of strengthening our sense of identity. Almost, like belonging to a cult.
Humans tend to do that especially women. Their social aspect which is stronger than men, leads to drawing from those associated with. It becomes like a badge of what one is.
It is a strengthening of one's inner self though.
You have said it all!🙇
Well at my age, been around enough blocks did most of it also.
It wasnt my first rodeo as they say.
Hats off to you, sir
Pants come next LOL
It also rides the wave that humans have explored since the beginning of time: the primal versus the non material. We tend to go in one direction or the other, rejecting the opposing side.
Perfecto! Depending on how strong one side of us is compared to the other.
Yep. The contrast is where the power resides. This is what most overlook. It is also the appeal when people actually allow themselves to go in that direction.
