Thorchain is pretty decentralized relative to other crypto projects, but like the rest of the space - still has elements of centralization.
I recommend Thorchain's official site and especially Twitter.
If you spend enough time following key Thorchain members/community leaders, then you'll pick up on all the various parts of the project. It's a complex one
