A Smallcap Deep Dive on Venturemind AI's $VNTR

Hey folks, in today’s article I’m going to do another deep dive on another small marketcap token that should be hitting the market next week — $VNTR, which will be the native token of Venturemind AI.

Yes, I probably know what you’re thinking — yet another AI altcoin — how can this one compete in a market flooded with new AI and AI-agent tokens almost every single today? Well let’s break it down shall we?

What is Venuremind AI?

Gearing up in 2023, Venturemind AI essentially markets itself as an all-in-one platform for all things AI. Unlike other protocols, the platform allows you to customize and mint your own AI tool(s) that can be minted as NFTs — all of which can be bought/sold/traded/rented through their own NFT marketplace. Currently they advertise more than 150 NFT tools which have a myriad of different use cases:

All of their tools can be roughly categorized into a few main categories:

Content creation — perhaps the most obvious, you can create AI-generated content across several different types of mediums (pictures, videos, etc.)
Business planning — whether or not you’re just setting up a small business or if you’re a social influencer, Venturemind taps into several different ways in order to help you best strategize, including, ad generators, cost predictors, marketing campaign planners.
Robotics — a bit more unique to the crypto-space, Venturemind also does work with remote-controlled AI-driven robotics

Tokenomics:

Token Supply : 500 million
Blockchain : Solana
IDO Price: $.00198
FDV (at launch): $990k

Their public sale which will commence sometime next week, is solely through Seedify, which has an allocated 20% of total token supply:

Utility: There will be reportedly be several different uses for the $VNTR token, namely payments/exchanges of AI tools, staking, and governance — all which are pretty standard.

Partnerships: Venturemind AI has formalized partnerships with EdgeCloud, Theta Network, Datastaks, Unitree, and Bauswek. Most notably their partnership with Theta causes some questions with revenue dilution, as rewards/revenue can be given in $TFUEL (Theta’s native token), $SOL, and/or $VNTR through what they call “Dynamic Allocation.” Furthermore, according to a recent article, Venturemind reportedly runs Theta Edge Nodes and has their own prompt generator AI tool:

I generally see partnerships as a great thing, but seeing as there’s little transparency about exactly this may impact revenue streams, it raises some questions nonetheless. For instance, if their “dynamic allocation” pays out mostly in $SOL, this could potentially depress $VNTR’s overall token price if it’s constantly being sold off.

Conclusion & My take:

Launching at such a small FDV, in my opinion I think for a token that lays over so strongly with the AI narrative, I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw $VNTR do at least an immediate 2–3x.

Interested in trying out Venturemind yourself? Currently people can try it out for free, as long as you have an invite code, but to my understanding they’re a bit hard to come by. (However it may be worth your time to try to ask for one in their discord.)

In the same vein, it’s clear that Venturemind’s journey is still extremely early, as the platform is available as invite-only and as their NFT marketplace has yet to be delivered. However if you’re a narrative-driven trader (as opposed to one that’s solely tied to fundamentals), in my opinion I think $VNTR may be worth taking a look at, regardless if they truly end up being able to bring AI to the masses.

As far it’s potential for actual adoption, I’m a bit skeptical in the long-term as the market is currently getting flooded with different AI projects, many which offer at least some of their products for free.
