A few years ago I lived glued to the networks "fear of missing out" with a lot of social anxiety caused by the impression that the rest of the world was living fun experiences, and I was not present. Fortunately, I overcame this and had to seek therapy.
I read a lot I have that habit as a child well learned at home, my parents are avid readers even at their ages 84 mom and 86 dad. The plus is going for walks, watching movies and doing manual labor.
My husband I met him dancing 45 years ago (laughs) many would say in the old style, and we only have two adult daughters.
You had therapy for it? What did you do?
:D
What kind of dancing/music?
Greetings Sir @tarazkp, here I share with you my experience to recover a few years ago that fear of losing everything in social networks.

I got out of the "I'm going to miss it all" mode with many recommendations that my therapist gave me at the time, among other things, to manage this resource properly without generating more stress to my life.
I will make a post on self-improvement and talk about this experience, Mr. @tarazkp
We dance pop, and tropical music
