Strongly disagree.

1) APR comparison

In the crypto world, some projects are offering over 15% APR from investments. We wouldn't even get half of it if we invest in any fixed deposit schemes.

15% APR vs a 60% depreciation (BTC) is still a GREAT LOSS. Fixed deposits and investment are 2 different asset classes altogether. Long term investment and speculative trading are also 2 different strategies altogether.

If you think 6% is bad then let me tell that it's less than 1% here in Singapore! But look at the chart:

IDR vs SGD have dropped from 0.0183 to 0.0168 that is a 8% loss. So if I had put the same US$1M in IDR for 6%, I'll still lose 2% due to exchange rate lost

2) Privacy

Government officials or any private parties will not be able to find out about anything.

BTC's blockchain data is not just traceable, it is TRACEABLE BY EVERYONE!.
