I actually first found Steemit before the hardfork. Waited for things to stabilize and decided to take a bite about a month ago.
Onboarding shouldn't be that hard since good content is highly incentivized here, based on my own experience.
I think collaborations are a great idea to get attention of good content creations. For example, we could vote on a budget that could be given out as prizes for the best articles on Leo and Hive published on Publish0x.
I am also personally considering to increase my personal reach by doing some serious research and publishing content on all crypto-related platforms. By that, I mean sharing all published articles from LeoFinance on these external websites with a link back to the original.
Affiliate marketing always gives results as long as the incentive is right.
Lastly, I think that a lot of great content creators would leave Reddit for LeoFinance if they knew how good we got it here. There are tons of great threads floating around at /r/cryptocurrency and other crypto-related sub. Doing one AMA in any of them would definitely spread the word about the Hive ecosystem.
