I messed up yesterday and mixed up the days of the month but I did do my power up yesterday when it was Hive Power Up Day. I will still do my powerup and see how far I did. As usual, I will set some goals and see how I did last month.
Hive Power Up Day
More information about Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) can be found at the January HPUD post by "@"traciyork. I didn't see a post by her for a few months so I don't know if there are still rewards for it. I don't qualify for rewards anymore but I will still power up each month as part of my general monthly task. I didn't track my HP last month so I am unsure how much I earned but my HP has gone up quite a bit.
My current HP before powering up is 13,643 HP and I plan on powering up 10 HIVE this month. As I am already pass my yearly goal on HP, I will just power up the minimum of 10 Hive. The results of this can be seen in the picture below and here is the transaction link.
My Saturday Saver's Challenge for 2024 is pretty much my hive goals for 2024. My Hive stack has been growing as I change my HBD into Hive and my latest update can be found here. I don't know what I will do with that Hive yet, but it will be useful to me next year if I need it. My current plan is to save that for next year's goals.
Monthly Goals
Here I will set my goals for the month and review my previous month's goals. I review the goals that I made last month.
November Month Summary
I got my blog post goal and comments without too many issues. My HP goal was achieved without too many issues. The LEO power goal was also reached during LPUD because I had enough liquid LEO lying around. As for the LENM, I was able to get all of that LENM so I am caught up to date on all the LENM that I was missing for the past few months. As for Glint, I was able to pass 30k through the two seasons that I had. It was slightly more but, my focus was just beating the previous season. This was enough to get my current goal.
December goals
I will use the monthly goals as usual because it matches with my yearly goals and some extra goals that were not included there.
- 3 Blog Posts a week (Actifit does not count for this)
- 1,000 comments for the month
- 14,000 HP
- 11,000 Leo Power Staked
- Buy 2 LENM
- Earn at least 31,000 Glint
Conclusion
As usual, I am just doing my usual activities on Hive at night. It's always good to look back and make sure that my own goals are on track and that I am making decent progress. I revised my goals and made some changes according to what I saw. Showing up each day matters and it has been paying off. I am doing quite well toward my own goals even if HP is slightly behind. So long as I am consistent, I believe that the growth will continue.
What are your goals? Are you making good progress on them? Did you participate in HPUD?
Please feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions or feedback.

Upvoted 👌 (Mana: 11/41) Liquid rewards.
Thank you
Congratulations. Showing up everyday is one of the hardest things and I think you've managed to pull it off for many months.
Yea. The consistency pays off so long as you stick to it.
That's quite a lot of HP... I don't do hpud, I move liquidity to buy sps as of now
I think that HP is something we should increase so long as we are on the blockchain. As much as I like the game, we need more HP for governance, and this was quite important when Splinterlands wanted to pass that DHF proposal.
That is an aspect I didn't thought
