I have decided to start posting a weekly update on my progress toward my 2025 goals here on Hive. It helps me stay on track and I can realize if I am behind on a goal at any point in time. The first month is up and there is still 11 months left in the year. I am making slow progress towards my goals and it all adds up.
Progress
Above are statistics that I have gotten from HiveStats. This week was looking a bit worse than last week, but I still think I am doing quite well on my goals.
HP
I earned 45 HP earned throughout the week. I am checking this through the difference between the two endpoints on the graph on Hivestats. The numbers are down quite a bit from last week, but sometimes things just don't play out the way you want. It still adds up though.
HBD
I gained 175HBD this week and this was the same as than last week. I will be putting this down into my savings but I might change that around if Hive price goes down more. I also heard that the new set will be coming out in a few months for Splinterlands, so I need to prepare for that as well. I am still unsure if I should wait for cards or if I should try out packs.
LEO Power
I earned 27 LEO over the past week. It's a bit lower than last week. Overall, the numbers are about the same as last week. The reserves are still there, but I still think that I need to get more LEO by the end of the year. I don't think those reserves will last forever so I should go back to threads eventually.
Conclusion
My progress is looking decent for now. My HP is slowly going up by around 2% per week and that would be on track towards the goal at the end of the year. As long as I stay consistent, my HP goal shouldn't be in too much trouble. HBD is the farthest along for now and I expect that goal to be the first to reach a stopping point. I want to push it close enough so that the interest would cover the rest of the year. LEO Power is a bit slower than I would like but I am still earning some LEO each week. It's not that much but at least it's a bit with the buffer that I already had. It all adds up over time and I am on track towards completing my goals by the end of the year. The main worry that I have right now is the new set in Splinterlands because modern fights will no longer support chaos legion when it does.

The consistency adds up and sometimes there are bad weeks. Just a part of the cycle.
I would save the hbd to buy cards later, packs are just a lottery
Yea. I am leaning more towards that side as well.
