Thanks for dropping by. I think HP will go up slowly as you post so I don't think you should be worried so long as you are not powering down. The Leo Power is definitely getting more attractive since there has been a lot of interest in people moving it into bLEO.
For Rising star, I think you will be fine so long as you just busk around and get some new cards. Before you know it, you might be on a country tour lol.
