3000 HP has been delegated from my account to @leo.voter and yes it accounts for natural inflation of HP .

Its good that they are accounting for everything but I don't plan on delegating out for returns right now since I still gotta focus on getting more RCs. I think I have been doing a few 200-250 comments day so I have been pounding on my RCs again lol but I am still at 60% so I got a nice buffer before there are any real issues.

Oh I see. Yeah I guess then you must focus on powering up as many Hive as you can. Maybe reach 1000 :p you need that for your activity.
