Hehe yeah I plan to do that but as I mentioned elsewhere , it is hard to manage 2 jobs and be active here like before . I am doing my best.

That is too bad. He did a great job upping his numbers. That is why we need a larger pool of people to draw from. Some have to step back at times for various reasons.

Many of these people including myself are not doing this full time. That's why we need more people to fill up.

Yea, I'll try to do some magic by managing my time like a pro but things might slow down a bit on my ends now that I'm back to work.
Also, I was just "awarded" with another project today to make things worse

It hasn't been officially discussed yet, but it's the standard and also it's an important project that's been causing some trouble. If I'm able to fix it I believe a bonus is on the table.
