I think 100k HBD is quite great but it might not be enough in the US. However if HBD can just stay stable, it's not a bad income to have. I wonder how much HBD I will get from my own efforts and I think it works well as an addition source of income.

It is not enough in India too but if the Interest is going to stay 12%, then it should be enough for passive income I would say.
