Definitely a good case study for the future. We need more cities and governments to try things so we can find what works and doesn't work as we transition into the digital age. Hopefully with the transparency there will be less corruption and the lives of the people will improve.

This is the crucial and very important point. With less corruption, the population will benefit. Brazil is known for being a country that pays a lot of taxes and a lot of that money we don't see being used for anything, just for corruption.
