The alternative I am currently using is to use the "All in one claim" on other hive tribes such as palnet, aeneas and others. You can pick one and log in then go to wallet. Under the Hive Engine Tokens section, there is the "All in one claim". It is just a workaround while there are some node outages currently in Hive. This seems to work for me so it requires a little more time.

Thank you Very much...I didn't think to use the Pal tribe...i thought it was a general problem...it's pretty strange that it works on pal and not on leo and on hive-engine!!!

Your welcome. It's one of the things I found out by experimenting and learning about Hive. There is so much out there are other possible alternatives that I haven't realized yet.
There is actually no tribe claiming. Hitting "Claim All" on any UI will actually not claim any tokens.
The second layer was recently updated so that all rewards are auto claimed in 24 hour random intervals. Now you just earn rewards and you'll see them enter your account as "claim_tokens" under your https://leofinance.io wallet UI.

Correct me if I am wrong, there are specific times in which tokens are auto-claimed. However, it is possible to manually claim the tokens. Like for example, below is a screenshot of my wallet in Aeneas. By clicking the "All in one claim" below, it is possible to manually claim the tokens and this was the solution I provided.
In reality I just did what @jfang003 told me, and it works perfectly. I received Leo and Pal.
On palnet.io i made the claim of all the tokens and the white usual claim button was on the top too as always
