So a tax on the wealthy after they die so the remaining friends and family get less. I am not really opposed as much to this since I am not part of the crowd that has to worry about it. But I want a clearer definition of what would be counted in what is unrealized capital gains. For example, a house should not count since it would only force them to sell off the house to pay off the taxes.

Ho hum. The same old lies told by the tax and spenders.
Total bullshit.
As for the $1 million exemption, that is nothing. With housing prices where they are, many in major markets hit that easily. Toss in a small business, if it wasnt destroyed, and you can easily see how this will hit a lot more people than the headline says.

I forgot about the small businesses but yea it will probably affect more people than I originally thought.

The taxing in policies in the past affected the small farmers the worst.
People think $5 million is a lot until they realize these farms were worth that in value but people didnt have the money in cash.
There is a big difference between an asset and cash.

People should learn from history about class warfare. Argentina was one of the most powerful economies a century ago. Then the class warfare Perons came in.
Now Argentina is a banana republic.
The US is heading in that direction.

Its the biggest problem with social media right now. Rather than answering with concrete evidence, they just call out names and ideas with zero data to back it up. It riles people up for sure.

Well that is always the case. When there is no basis, they simply resort to name calling instead of debating or proving their point.
The lack of debate is what is bringing everything down.

That's the biggest issue. When CNN showed the truth of the border situation, they were accused of staging the video. So I think even the public they are leading are refusing to accept it.

So true also looking at the historical background of African Artifact and history. It is always fascinating on how man could survive and life the comfortable life they wanted, the way communication went on and developed gradually

Another lie.
A household income of $400K in NY, Chicago, or SF does not make one rich. Hell, even outside the city limits this is changed too.

The costs of living is hugely inflated in areas like NY, Chicago and SF. I don't understand how people even want to live there given the huge costs.

It is beyond me. Many make a lot of money so I guess it is a wash although there are those, like in Silicon Valley, who make bank but have to live in campers since they don't make enough to live in a home.
