It does save having to lay out $10K and we do live in a subscription world.
The bigger question is how much more advanced is the software.

Yea I think everything is still in beta and not really ready for commercial use in my opinion. I have no doubt that the mainstream media will crack down harder once they change to a subscription model and a crash or backseat driver happens.

Might make it more affordable than an outlaying of a huge some or having to finance. That would mean more people could avail themselves of a Tesla. Sort of like leasing a car I guess.

Yea but I think I would probably prefer a one time fee and get things over with. At least I prefer it that way over the subscription model.
