Defi has a long way to go before it's taken seriously. Can't just be having all these random hacks all the time that happen. I mean I don't even really like DeFi anymore because of the constant BS happening
Yea. I think Defi has a long way to go and I don't really trust it that much outside of CUB/PolyCUB because we know the team behind it.
That's terrible. Can practically see the investors walking away.
I would think that investors would walk away but they keep coming back. It's the 3rd hack so I thought people would have learned.
Don't want to be left out if some miracle happens and it skyrockets I guess?
I guess that is possible but I see that the project is more risky and it isn't worth it.
Doesn't look worth it to me as well but you never know.
There are many vulnerabilities in minor protocols and this is an added risk that many take without considering.
Yea. Defi comes with so much risk because everything happens through a smart contract and that by itself isn't safe either.
Damn, third time?! I'm surprised they still have investors
Yea. It is the 3rd time and I wonder why people still have faith in them.
Really drives home the value of #hbd.
That cannot get hacked.
I agree. #hbd is the best stablecoin because it can't get hacked.
losing that kind of money and a third time hack only shows security is not their top priority
Yea. I think security needs to be a focus for many of the web3 applications and especially so when money is involved.
In @rezoanulvibes post, he talks more about the details. At some point, we need to consider which platforms deserves our trust.
