Yes, it does work. I haven't manually claimed my HBD for months so it has been working properly.

It doesn't but that number changes depending on the cost. Use https://beacon.peakd.com/ to check how much the RC cost for claiming is as that is dynamic.

The keychain automated task have been working for me. I think the claim account creation tokens requires a minimum amount of HP though.
