Sounds interesting. I didn't know about this but I wonder whether or not that guy can prove he is Satoshi. I want to see him move the BTC stashed inside that unmoved wallet.

Highly doubt he could but the lack of identification on who Satoshi is creates a legal loophole. Not the courts job to disprove who he is it would have been the defendants.
