I think the APR being down is more because of the Hive price. I think more HBD is being printed in its place.

Nah, HBD is the one that is following HIVE as everything is counted in HIVE... I mean, inflation that goes into the reward pool... So, it's probably because we have more "active curators" as some people came back... ;)
