It doesn't hold me back because I know that crypto is full of new ideas right now. A lot of them will probably fail like most VCs and only the most solid ones will survive.

Bad experience is a big reason people don't look back at crypto. Like anything, there is a risk and when it comes to something new and innovative, you have huge opportunities and risks.
