It's tough but I honestly think that most of the top management don't really understand much. There were some videos about how Faze was ruined by all the corporate VC money that came into it. I remember liking Faze a bit and they don't really care about what other people think.

If you are beholden to anyone for your paycheck, you are not free to do as you please - this is the same for influencers on Instagram for example.
