I think it depends on the crypto we are using to collateralize the loan but BTC definitely is one of the better options. Do you think the US will ever default? I have a feeling it won't because Congress will always increase the debt limit so the only thing that can defeat it is probably the loss of confidence.

Congress will default on Social Security and the American people before it defaults on the loans.
That is their gravy train. Politicians are not giving that up.
