I am not sure if that is a good idea. As much as I would like to say BTC always goes up, its possible to drop and they still need some reserves when we hit a bear market.

I would presume the majority of their revenues still come in USD.
Plus on suites, since it is just renting out space, it is mostly profit. Odds are this is a multi-year vision.
