Tesla will definitely lead the pack. However I think there is plenty of competition. Right now they are a few years ahead of the pack and they make their own parts. Also I think the other EV companies are promoting their vehicles everywhere.
That's the beauty of a free market. You can see who leads but slowly you lose a bit as other peoples jump in.
