I think this is unavoidable. The government never wants to give up any control they have and they need the money to fund their debt. It's an ongoing cycle and until the system is changed, I can only see more of this.

It truly is. I wonder when people will have enough. If we keep losing more money, eventually people will revolt. Not to mention how inefficient the government is at using these funds. All you need to do is compare free market prices to government paying prices.

The boiling frog. People just keep getting sucked in deeper. Most are fine with what is going on. They might complain but they are obedient in the end.
