I think that is a fairly good deal. I haven't used Dlease because I prefer to keep it to vote on content for myself.

I also rarely use DLease. Now that I delegate most of my Hive Power, my upvote is nearly worthless (currently it is worth around $0.005 USD).

Well with the drop in Hive price, it might have been tough to pass the dust threshold anyways. So I don't think it was a bad choice at all.
