Take it a day at a time. Start by taking a 15 minute walk keep at it then bump it up to 30 minutes then take it from there maybe some swimming, running, push ups, light dumbbells, yoga. Pick one physical activity and cut out one thing that is not healthy out of your diet and away you go. Don't overcomplicate your health and fitness. It really isn't much to it.
