The work you put into it shows in all your post @gadrian. Why most of us take the time to read it. My time is so limited that my structure is more - on the go - so although I subscribe to many steps on your list, I can't produce the quality that you and many others can. I don't lament it. I'm cool with that. It's who I am, but glad folks like you provide the good stuff to read and learn from.

Thank you for the compliments, Jimmy! I definitely understand not having time. When time is limited, something needs to get cut. And you compensate in other ways, by being present in many places where many of us don't, or rarely at that level of engagement.
