PeakD (PeakD.com) is one of the most popular web interfaces (or “front-ends”) built on the Hive blockchain. Think of PeakD as a user-friendly portal to the Hive ecosystem, where you can:

Create and publish posts, blogs, and articles directly on the Hive blockchain.
Interact with community features such as voting, commenting, and following other users.
Manage your Hive-based tokens and see social/financial metrics tied to your account.
Discover Hive communities and participate in them.
Because all the data—like posts, comments, and transactions—actually lives on the Hive blockchain, PeakD is just one of many ways to access and engage with that on-chain content.

InLeo (inleo.io) is another specialized front-end/community on the Hive blockchain, often linked to the LeoFinance ecosystem. Its focus is on content about finance, cryptocurrency, investing, and related topics. Users can:

Earn LEO tokens (a community token on the Hive blockchain) alongside Hive rewards by creating and curating finance-related content.
Engage with like-minded finance and crypto enthusiasts in a dedicated community space.
Access tools, analytics, and updates relevant to the world of crypto and investing.
Just like PeakD, InLeo leverages the same Hive blockchain “back-end,” but provides a thematic front-end experience specialized in finance and crypto discussions.

I came in after the Sun drama. So came right into HIVE and never was part of Steem. LEO is doing big things so make sure to keep on asking around and getting to know more of everything they are doing. I'm not one of the experts but I'm glad to be here and show up everyday.

appreciate it man. I remember being on Steem during the Justin Sun Takeover, and then forking over to Hive. Have always used PeakD as my frontend, and was never too clear if Inleo was just a community on Hive or a front end as well.

Then Threads and Snaps start popping up- and I sort of see Inleo posts that aren't necessarily finance related- and was just a bit confused. Definitely need to just spend more time clicking around and such. I feel like I've both been here forever- and have no clue 😂
